Just Right Plumbing and Heating

Just Right Plumbing and Heating is a business that focuses on helping customers live comfortable lives so they can make a positive impact on the world. They offer a variety of plumbing services, including the repair of sewer lines, root removal, and fixing dripping faucets, sinks, and garbage disposals. These services can prevent water losses that can result in high water bills.

One satisfied customer has used Just Right for many years and has always found their service to be knowledgeable, prompt, and fair. They recently installed a Navien tankless water heater for this customer, leaving everything clean and functional.

Another customer appreciated the after-hours help they received from Just Right when their hot water went out. Over the phone, Just Right was able to guide them through turning on the gas, which had been turned off due to an earthquake valve.

Just Right was initially recommended to a customer for a pre-home purchase plumbing inspection. They were thorough and detailed in their inspection, but the customer did not prioritize the issues they found. Two months later, a situation arose and the customer sought a second opinion. This second opinion confirmed that Just Right's inspection report was accurate and their pricing was fair.

The customer was impressed with John P's quick response time, as he and his team were at the customer's house within an hour of the call. They were able to solve a major issue for a fraction of the expected cost. The customer was grateful for John P's respect and understanding of the situation, as well as his friendly and professional demeanor. Overall, the customer was very satisfied with Just Right's service and has made them their go-to plumber.
