Hercules Pet Clinic worked with me to get my dog the care he needed, when he needed it. From the first phone call, they were kind, courteous, honest and fair. The young woman who did all the preliminaries (Quincy?), she was so kind and great with my dog. The Dr, he was honest, fair and compassionate, he walked me through all the scenarios and all of my questions.I cannot recommend Hercules Pet Clinic enough. Highly highly highly recommend.“

“We made the difficult decision to put our labradoodle to sleep. We called Restful Paws and they were able to get us an appointment with Karen the next day. It was nice to have one more night with our dog. The entire process was seamless from the very caring person on the phone to book the appointment to Karen's kindness. Karen explained everything as she was doing it, gave us the time and space we needed, and made the whole process as good as it can be. We were extremely impressed with how much detail and thought they put into the process. They had her name ready to imprint in a paw keepsake and when we brought her out to the car it was like her own little chariot with her name on a nice sign. The whole car was ready for her. Karen also tucked her in very nicely on the stretcher. They followed up with us and Karen sent a hand written note as well. Everything was perfect.“

“Dr O'Dea and his staff truely care about the animals-- and their owners. The doctor is willing to spend the time with the animal and examining them thoroughly before making a diagnosis. He's also very honest when he can't right away. They are more expensive, but worth it!“

Dr. Lee and the staff at Campus Vet have made the experience so much easier. They are patient and understanding and take incredible care of my kitties. “I live in Brentwood and used to take my passed bulldogs here for all their checkups and emergency issues. After couple of years, a kitty showed up at our house and hoping to find vet nearby. There were some nicely reviewed high-tech pet hospitals by my neighborhood but I'm glad they are either closed or have a long wait time for new clients. Even though they only open every Thursday part time hrs, I was able to get an appointment to take my kitty for vaccination and checkup right away like the next week. The visit was easy as always. “I was recommended to Dr. Shelby Riddle in Benicia by my previous Vet in Fairfield. We were relocating and I trusted my former Vet. At our first appointment Dr. Riddle and I became friends. She had been my Vet for Max until he was 14 years old. He had a brain tumor and his behavior was getting frightening. She let me make the choice to let him go when I was sure it was time. “This is hands down the best vet I have been to. I have three dogs and things add up which they are conscious of and help me figure out creative ways to save money. My little old dog Pookie was recently diagnosed with diabetes which I have no experience with and they have been so patient and loving with our boy. My dog has had a couple teeth extractions, checkups, allergy shots and vaccines there, and Dr. Recinos is always very knowledgeable and takes his time to listen. The front desk staff is also helpful and accommodating. They also have extended hours and open weekends which is great. I highly recommend them if searching for a good vet in the area.“
