Good experience from the beginning. Registered online and it was a breeze once we got there. My pup is really skittish and reactive but the vet assistant and the vet got it done. But the person at the cashier couldn’t get me my 30% off because it wasn’t a package. But I know i picked the package. But anyways still good and affordable.

Staff was great. However, while I'd scheduled/registered ahead of time online, there was no clear explanation that I also must wait in line to check in once I got there. So I patiently waited for my text message while in the store as explained to do online. I'm elderly, using two canes, and on oxygen with the oxygen device backpacked on my back and absolutely no place to sit inside or outside of the store. Staff very apologetic and tried get me through the process quicker. I have to return in 8 weeks for my dog's booster and will find a chair of some sort to bring with me. Shame on both Pet Express and VIP for not having anyplace to sit down.

Great people and great service. The appointment scheduling tasks need some work - i was told first that this location doesn't make appointments - then went back in to check times, then told i could make an appointment - which i did, then didn't get the one hour notice, nor could i check in online when i arrived. I was able to work with staff and they checked me in.
