I first made contact with Tim, who was assigned to come out and give me an estimate on my AC installation. Tim was prompt, easy to communicate with, and thorough in explaining the process to me in a way I could understand. After talking about my 15-year-old furnace and how it was actually overbuilt for my house, he offered me a second estimate on a replacement for that component as well. The price was so good, I couldn't refuse. Best of all, prior to my install date, Tim informed me he found some better quality Carrier components (as opposed to Lennox) which were in the warehouse, and that he could provide them to me at the same price.Antonio and his team came out for...read full review
