“In the terrible storms in early 2023, my roof leaked badly into the kitchen. I called so many roofing companies and most didn’t even bother to call back and those that did assured me it would be a long wait and tried to gouge me to do the repair.
Thankfully, somebody gave me Emilio Jr.’s number and he was very responsive. He came out very soon thereafter and fixed the leak himself. The fee he charged was significantly less than any of the others who would even give me a bid.
That was worth 5 stars to me and that is why I called them to do the whole roof last month.
They are a family owned company and I met Emilio Sr., his brother, Emilio Jr. and their wonderful crew. Their price was less than I expected and they worked very hard to squeeze me in before the heavy rains started.
They did a beautiful job, were polite, respectful, helpful and worked very hard. There was no loud music and less noise than I feared. They cleaned up after each day. They stayed until the job was finished.
They stood behind everything they promised and did a beautiful job. I feel very fortunate to have had them do the job.“

“I really enjoyed my experience with Century Roof and Solar. Their team was professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The workmanship was outstanding.

Tony came out to do the initial site visit and go over all the options. He explained things enough for me to make an informed decision. He didn’t hard sell any upgrades that didn’t make sense.

After his visit I received a proposal with all the different options, and costs for each, clearly outlined. This saved some confusion when the office staffed noticed an omission a few days after we agreed on a scope of work and a price. Because their proposal outlined all the options I could clearly see the clerical error that resulted in the mistake. We adjusted the proposal and moved forward. They were clear about their schedule and let me know when they would be available to start.

They were very accommodating when I needed to change the schedule to due to a conflict with another project. When the start date finally arrived the crew showed up ready to work.

They were very considerate of our extensive garden and I’m really glad they had all those young backs to haul all the debris up the three flights of stairs and the new material down those same stairs.

I hopped up on the roof myself once or twice a day. Both to check on workmanship and to discuss issues that Pedro, the foreman, discovered. Dry rot, missing trim, and missing sheathing. All additional work was clearly explained, fairly priced, and nicely executed.

The end result is a roof I feel very confident will last another 30-40 years.

“I am thrilled with the complete roof and gutter replacement done by Tarasco Roofing Inc. The entire experience, from the initial estimate to the final inspection, was smooth and stress-free. Adolfo, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my options and was very patient without any pressure. He answered all the questions I had and was very responsive.
The work crew was very respectful. They were punctual, courteous, and clearly took great pride in their craftsmanship. I have a huge avocado tree that hovered over my roof and Adolfo has asked if I wanted them to trim it, which I was more than happy to say yes, as I have no way of doing so myself unless I hire someone, which will cost money. They also removed my satellite dish, which I had 2 but only 1 functional. Adolfo did recommend that I contact my service provider to have them install the satellite once they’ve completed the work. The crew worked the whole day and each day, they clean up after themselves.
They completed the job ahead on schedule and were diligent about protecting my home and yard throughout the process. The final cleanup was so thorough that you'd never know a major construction project had just taken place. They even re-installed my string lights in my backyard.
The communication was excellent at every stage. I was always aware of the schedule and any updates. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the new roof has completely transformed the look of my house. I’m the very 1st and only house in the neighborhood that has Stone coated barrel-vault tile metal roof. Everyone that past by stops to look. One of my neighbor that was walking their dog, had commented how nice my roof looks and that I’m making everyone in the neighborhood jealous.
Overall, I am beyond happy with the results.

“After careful research and after reading through the many Yelp reviews and our Neighborhood Facebook group page my wife and decided to go with Maciel Roofing to replace our shingle roof and aluminum gutters. After some back and forth regarding shingle color with our HOA we were finally ready to move forward. We reached out to the owner Pete he then came out and provided a written estimate. He answered all of our questions via email and phone quickly. After we signed the contract he called us several days later and scheduled our roof and gutter replacement. His crew was prompt and arrived earlier. We were lucky and 2 of his crews came out to work on our house. There were about 8 workers with several company trucks. His son supervised the work and constantly kept us up to date with the progress. The crew did an amazing job. The gutters also came out very nice. Overall I think we have one of the nicest gutters and roof on the block. They also added a few extra downspouts that we did not have. We would highly recommend their service.“

“Appointment was a breeze to make over the phone for repairing my roof leaking issue. Jesus Mendez showed up on time. Jesus assessed the damages of the roof for repair in half an hour and gave me the reasonable price quote. Appointment for repair was set for 4 weeks out due to holidays season. But, Jesus covered the leakage area of the roof. He also promised me that he will replaced all defective 7 or 8 O-Rings for roof ventilation ports. He did came back after a couple of days later with brand-new O-Rings and replace all the defective ones for me before the heavy rain hit in our area. Jesus came back after New Year and fixed all my roof leakage issues with a professional manners in 2 days. Cleaned up debris from all my gutters, valley areas of the roof along with constant update on the progress. Heavy rain hit in between the repair days and leakage seemed to be completely fixed now. I would like to commend Jesus Mendez for doing the excellent job, the honesty and his professionalism. I had a doubt in the beginning about Manada Roofing Company since I was not able to see recent positive reviews from Yelp or Google.
