Henry and his team (Gerardo and Gerber) are truly amazing. They go the extra mile to get the job done no matter what it takes. They provide creative solutions to challenging problems with buildings, have top notch work standards, work long hours when needed, are kind, and very professional. I cant thank you them them enough for all of their tireless help. They jumped in to a complex matter and made it simple and seamless. I highly recommend this business. They were very responsive especially helpful because my schedule got kind of goofy. They made every effort to accommodate with my unpredictable schedule. Nancy was wonderful at communicating. Henry has great experience; I really like the way he explains things so thoroughly, and in such a gentle manner. Henry and his work mate worked very hard and they cleaned up well. So now everything is working great and I am enjoying it. They fixed my old heater and by golly, I'm very happy with that. I just wasn't in a position to fork out a lot of money for a new furnace, so I want to say thank you! I was told by another company that my furnace was broken. In fact, it was, because they actually cut one of the wires going to one of the parts in order to try to get me to purchase a new unit, which I am going to be taking up with that company. Shame on R. G. at Drain....... Company.
