Sutras Yoga
“This yoga studio has saved my life. The tender care and appreciation for each student who makes their way in, is palpable!
I love that the classes feel like they are personally curated for my body. - integrating sound healing, breath work, movement - and sometimes I just SLEEP bc I need the rest. (There is no sense of judgement for my choices) I would more accurately consider this space a Sanctuary. As it provides space for deep reflection, loving guidance and restoration.
If you are up in this area - you do not want to miss Emily's class!”
