“Emily was so sweet and listened to everything I wanted and understood I was open to suggestions. I'm a strong believer that hair is just hair and it'll grow back, so I'm open to a lot of things. My only downside was that I was on time to my appointment and she was running behind. Was not a problem for me though, I had just gotten off work and appreciated the down-time. They felt bad and had another stylist wash my hair before their next appointment came in so that Emily had time to finish up her client. All in all, I would go here again, I like the laid-back experience.“

“First time I used the Halo / sauna at the Lincoln Ca location it was luke warm but decided to gave it a try again yesterday and it is much better. No salt though… to improve breathing. Looks like it needs to be refilled. I would have mentioned it to the staff but past experience made me believe it would not be fixed or information passed to the person who would change the salt.“

“Jenna is amazing! The products she uses are top notch, as is her customer service and care. She is meticulous and provides great insight on helping your skin. Her passion in her work really shows. For her wax, she uses a wonderful Italian wax that is so much more gentle and effective (take it from a sensitive skin Sally who usually is hot and red for days after a wax). I would recommend Jenna to anybody!“

I felt comfortable and welcomed in her clean and relaxing space immediately.Angela gave me exactly the service/massage I asked for.For me it is a given that someone performing a massage should check in with the person receiving the massage to confirm they are comfortable with the amount of “pressure” but in my experience, that does not always happen.
