“I had originally approached Jenna to treat my teenage son and daughter for acne. However Jenna didn't stop at just acne, she tailored an overall custom skincare routine for each kid, and her charges were consistent regardless of what how many methods were used to combat my kids various seasonal/hormonal changes. For example my daughter had some broken capillaries on her face, and she was able to resolve the issue within one visit, w/o any extra charges. My kids both have monthly visits with Jenna for almost a year now, and their skin can't thank her enough. Not to mention the skincare education she helps promote. Sometimes the mom sounds like a broken record. So it is good I have one less thing to nag the kids about.“

“I've been going to this location for a couple years now and everyone is always very friendly. They keep it clean and the girls are always really good with any sales going on or specials. Preston specifically impressed me with her personality and attention to detail. Everyone she talks to she is just so friendly with and very thorough with her customer service. She actually showed me one thing regarding the infrared pod that nobody had shown me before with the essential oils. If I could hire this girl for my sales team I would! She is a rockstar! But everyone was great she just has that extra level of customer service knack that you just can't teach.“

“I'm not a tanning person, but when a tropical vacation was going to occur after my skin not seeing sun for 2 years, I decided to get a little tan before we went (I burn but then tan and stay tan). The girls at this location were all great. I got my tan and didn't burn on vacation (plus got compliments on my color). But I called the customer service line 10 min too late on the 20th of the month so they didn't let me cancel and I had to keep my membership for an entire extra month. They have a few other services aside from the tanning beds: a red light therapy booth with a vibrating exercise plate, a steam pod, a massage chair, and spray tan. They are moving locations and will have some other features at the new one. Wait times could be long depending on when you came in. There is usually only one person working, and she had to manage the line, clean the rooms, check everybody in... During busy times you might have to wait a while. Unless you were only going to do one service one time, the best deal is to sign up for the "ambassadors program." You get unlimited services including all of the tanning booths and other services. You could also bring a friend who could tan free in one of the basic beds (or a discount in one of the upgraded machines). It also comes with a discount on lotions and other merchandise. Paying for the tans separately works out to be much more expensive than the $70 a month for the unlimited package. TLDR version: good equipment, friendly staff, sometimes a line/wait, but DON'T FORGET TO CANCEL BEFORE THE 20th or you'll be charged for another month.“
