I've been going to this location for a couple years now and everyone is always very friendly. They keep it clean and the girls are always really good with any sales going on or specials. Preston specifically impressed me with her personality and attention to detail. Everyone she talks to she is just so friendly with and very thorough with her customer service. She actually showed me one thing regarding the infrared pod that nobody had shown me before with the essential oils. If I could hire this girl for my sales team I would! She is a rockstar! But everyone was great she just has that extra level of customer service knack that you just can't teach.

I've tried so many tanning salons, both single proprietor and chains, but only California Sun Spa gives me a quality tan, additional beds like the waterbed massage, and sound advice to get the safest indoor tanning experience. I have recommend this company to almost everyone I know. Additionally, 90% of the staff are amazing. Luckily, the other 10% bad apples get weeded out quickly. ; )

Very unprofessionalThey sell clothing and when you buy from them, they DO NOT PRINT A RECEIPT for you. They don’t even ask if you want/don’t want a receipt. They do this because they deny to return their items if you notice something is wrong on their items after purchasing. They ask for their receipt when they never printed one. They don’t wear badges and they don’t treat their guests fairly the same with mask wearing requirements. I walked in one time with no mask they asked me to go back and wear a mask and come back and today I noticed another guest walked in the same time as me and Katie (front receptionist) did not even say or realize that.Service: Tanning
