Bob was patient and kind in answering all my questions, explaining the difference between an attic fan and a whole house fan and the benefits. I was ready to sign on the dotted line after talking to him. On installation day, Mawr the installer for my job, showed up on time ready to go. I got a great vibe from him as well.
