He assigned exercises to do at home, did some helpful adjustments that were much less invasive than my previous chiropractor, and I now feel like a brand new person. Just simply by using my left arm more for everyday tasks, I alleviated a lot of my pain and discomfort! He is truly a master of his craft. I am no longer afraid I will pop my shoulder out of place. “Dr. Helo was amazing. I hurt by lower back picking up a table and it wasn't getting better. It actually got way worse and my hip and leg started hurting.
