I'm not a tanning person, but when a tropical vacation was going to occur after my skin not seeing sun for 2 years, I decided to get a little tan before we went (I burn but then tan and stay tan). The girls at this location were all great. I got my tan and didn't burn on vacation (plus got compliments on my color). But I called the customer service line 10 min too late on the 20th of the month so they didn't let me cancel and I had to keep my membership for an entire extra month. They have a few other services aside from the tanning beds: a red light therapy booth with a vibrating exercise plate, a steam pod, a massage chair, and spray tan. I wish each site could list what services they have at each location. I love the beauty angel but only certain locations have it.I get pushing the lotions ect but it's a bit intense sometimes, no means no.

Ever since I moved from So cal, I have been a california sun member for about 4 years now. I used to go to the location in bradshaw but have been going to the zinfandel location for the past 2 years. I've always had a wonderful experience with the girls @ the desk.. they have always been very friendly, welcoming and willing to assist with any questions I have had. There is a new store manager @ the zinfandel location; Britney! (Hope I'm spelling her name right ) she is so well-mannered, helpful, caring & informative. She took the time to explain to me how different beds work, the different lotions to use, the necessities of tanning and the importance of prep before tanning....read full review
