My appointment was at 3:15. I got there at 3:05. I wasn't seen until 4:00. So frustrating when I have plans for my day. They will pressure you into buying things you don't need like facials and extra prescriptions. Be prepared for extremely long wait times even if you come early.

My experience since I first came in 6 years ago has been completely different. The office staff is not friendly at all and make you feel like an inconvenience. And it's not even just one person. It's everyone I encounter--from front desk, doctor's assistant, and billing department. I was looking into getting some skin tags removed and I asked the assistant how painful it was to do that and she said she DIDN'T KNOW. Why on earth would I trust you removing my skin tags if you can't even give me details of the procedure? What is even more disappointing is Dr. Baugh has misdiagnosed my skin issues as well. Dr is great, front desk is terrible. 45 minute wait and walked out, was told it's my fault because of paperwork and that I wanted a different room. The wait was longer because I wanted a different room. You guys have 10 rooms. Don't take their bs responses. Go somewhere else
