Best yoga studio in the Bay Area and maybe on the planet! Dr. K is genuinely passionate about yoga. He and his teachers have deeply advanced my practice, and I’m truly grateful to them. Highly recommend joining even if just for a month. They have classes for both advanced practitioners and beginners.
Great Studio for your daily Yoga asana practice. Also offering Yoga teacher training if you are ready to deepen your understanding of the ancienct science of Yoga. Excellent teachers and guides.
I love the online classes. They are live and interactive. I still have the sense of community as I get to see my class mates and catch up. It is great that I still get verbal corrections when I am doing the poses correctly. This helps me to stay safe and it saves me traveling time and cost of gas and I lessen the wear and tear on my car.
