Zero star, we are in 2024 and these folks don't have a feature for patients to upload photos and videos. They told me the reason is that they got "too many" photos. I totally understand they want to see patients so they can bill insurance and I don't have a problem with that. But it's inconvenient to deal with them. Can't wait to switch to Kaiser in Jan.

I am very content with my urgent care visit here this Saturday morning. My son needed to be seen for a cough and we were in and out within 2 hours without an appt. If you already have an account established, you can make an appt same day which is nice. Every staff member was nice and knowledgeable. Radiology and lab are readily available if needed. The waiting room is pretty big with good vending machines. Thank you Dr Baffoe - Bonnie for your attentiveness and bedside manner. I would happily come back here for urgent care needs.

Once upon a time, this was Palo Alto Medical Foundation, associated with Stanford and it was very good. Since Sutter Health took over, it's nothing but disappointing. Money first, people second. The quality and access to care has gone downhill in a major way.
