One of the reviews mentioned some communication issue with the front desk. The front desk staff might not speak English very fluently (it is probably not their first language), but this doesn’t change the fact that Dr. Cheung does an amazing job. Every time I come here, I feel that the services they provide are great, they also have a system where they remind you whenever your appointment is about to come up. The people working at the front desk are kind and patient. Dr Matt Lee is very patien, professional as well as precise. The pretester Bernie is serious and works diligently. Lastly the selection of glasses they have is great, every time I visit I am able to find a pair that I like.
