One of the reviews mentioned some communication issue with the front desk. The front desk staff might not speak English very fluently (it is probably not their first language), but this doesn’t change the fact that Dr. Cheung does an amazing job. Definitely recommend having her to take care of your eyes.
I visited this office after my current optometrist moved. I am glad I did. Dr. Cheung is great. Dad helps run the pre exam tests, and mom does the clerical stuff. Mom can be blunt, in that Chinese mom kind of way. Lol.
I've gone to this place for years,even after l moved away. The doctor loves eyes and enjoys her job. She's thorough with her exams and listens to your concerns. She's personable and friendly. If you have a problem with her,you're the problem.
