Amazing doctor. She is quick to understand what’s going on and explains treatment plan very clearly. It took just 1 visit to clear out a problem which was troubling me for 18 months. Her care staff is also super efficient.
Dr Shpall is an amazing dermatologist. I was misdiagnosed by another doctor who prescribed me ointment which did not help. She was going to prescribe me an even stronger one, until I went to see Dr Shpall for a second opinion. Dr Shpall said that I should use over the counter lotion for 2 weeks. The problem resolved within a few days. Very competent doctor and can't recommend her enough.
My experiences with Dr. Shpall have always been positive. She listens to my concerns and keeps the atmosphere nonchalant without making me feel like I'm being brushed off. I come away feeling reassured and that she genuinely cares about her patients.
