It was my first time ever visiting Berman Skin Institute and my first time getting any type of laser treatment, so I was really nervous and did not know what to expect. I was able to get an appointment a few days after inquiring! The manager at the front desk was so awesome from the second I arrived for my appointment, and she answered all of my questions which was extremely helpful and made my experience that much better. I did not have to wait for very long at all and it was a very easy and comfortable experience across the board. I love the results of my treatment and I’m so excited to go back again soon!
Dr Charles Chiang is the best dermatologist I have ever met. I only go to him and he is very helpful and even answers my emails when I have a concern! I travel all the way to Fremont to see him from Castro Valley! I recommended my family and friends!Thank you Dr Chiang!
