Electronics Repair near Foothill Ranch

“I know this place seems to get a LOT of 5 stars but let me tell you. They work for it for sure. YZ seems to know everything about electronics. I took my daughter’s MacBook Pro in because the screen cracked and wouldn’t show anything. We had to replace it and that is a tough ticket to purchase. Not cheap for the new ones. Once I got over that, YZ ordered it right away. Apple took their time, a little over a week, to deliver. However, YZ had it put back together within a couple of hours. There was a small issue that was resolved right away by installing the updated software and using the proper charging cable that my daughter misplaced and I had to search her entire room to find. But once we had everything, YZ finished the install and it works like new. Thanks YZ. You are a true professional. Don’t think this place gets all these 5 stars by accident. Apple could learn something from him. ?“

“This is the second time I've used NiceRepair and I continue to be impressed with their business. This time around, it wasn't worth fixing my phone (water damage and the phone is 5 years old). They still took the time to open up, dry it out, and inspect it to see if it was salvageable. The didn't charge me anything for the time they spent and even provided me a quote to submit to my insurance company at no cost. I appreciate their willingness to help a customer even though they wouldn't make money off of it, I will definitely use them again.“
