If I could give 10 stars, I would since the experience & support was incredible. When you need help, it is great to have an expert to the rescue especially when I panicked because my cell phone fell into the washing machine. I really appreciated that there was no attempt to upsell anything unnecessary — the focus was simply on getting the machine working again.

Great work done on my device and great customer service! I called every single tech repair place near me and not a single one said they could repair my Sony headphones except Instafix. The price is also very fair!
