I like all of the services except when it comes to talk to someone in the phone no one call you back if you want to ask a question you have to wait until you get to the facility to fix any issues you have. That’s why I give four stars otherwise everything will be perfect
The facility and services were great! Jaleel and support staff were phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and took great care me. Would definitely use again if needed.
P.S. Would recommend updating/increasing the facility’s weight set though. The current set is a little dated and could stand to go up a little in weight. 😊
The unfortunate/fortunate fact is that I’m revisiting BnB after a new injury. The team as before have all been patient, informative, and eager to help me in my recovery and rehabilitation journey. Staying the course should help lead to my body to a balanced recovery.
