Gillespie’s was absolutely amazing from the start to the finish. When I first walked into the showroom, Casey helped me picked my flooring – he listened to the type of floor I wanted: the quality, durability for dogs, the color, the texture, etc and found one that checked all my boxes, I loved it. But being the first one, I had to be sure. Casey was very patient as I then tried different ones, and he let me take the samples home. Of course, the one I chose was the very first one that Casey picked out for me. He is very knowledgeable on his products.

Casey was excellent to work with. We were in the market for new carpets and flooring for our Fairfield home. It was anticipated that we would be selling the home soon and the 28 year old flooring was in need of replacement. Casey worked closely with us from planning through installation. We cannot thank him enough for shepherding us through this difficult task.

We are happy with the work that staff did on our house. 26 years of carpet undone, replaced by a beautiful floor. (By the way, the staff were quality people!)
