I have been in the process of remodeling a bathroom so I've been to quite a few flooring/tile stores from Solano to Sacramento County. Lania at Emser tile in Fairfield was absolutely amazing, she was very helpful in the selection process, to securing sample pieces, to placing the order. It's' so hard to find anyone with good customer service skills today, she is an exemplary employee and I highly recommend her. Thank you Lania.Christine

We were looking for tile for our fireplace remodel. Lania was such a great help! I am originally from NY and it is so rare you encounter someone in CA who is so quick, on top of things, etc. I was truly impressed by her and really think she is such an indispensable part of the company. She was incredibly accommodating and helpful. All in all, thank you Emser Tile & Lania for helping us update our very outdated fireplace to this beauty! We have and will continue to recommend this place to others. In fact, it was recommended to us by Village Chimney Services Inc.
