“Gillespie’s was absolutely amazing from the start to the finish. When I first walked into the showroom, Casey helped me picked my flooring – he listened to the type of floor I wanted: the quality, durability for dogs, the color, the texture, etc and found one that checked all my boxes, I loved it. But being the first one, I had to be sure. Casey was very patient as I then tried different ones, and he let me take the samples home. Of course, the one I chose was the very first one that Casey picked out for me. He is very knowledgeable on his products.
The installers, Jeff and Jackson, were awesome. They arrived on time; were very meticulous to make sure the floors were well prepped before they started installing. They were very friendly, professional and talented. You can tell they both have been doing this a long time. The cuts they had to make around corners and curved walls really showed their talents. Their attention to details were very much appreciated. When done, they did a great job cleaning up.
