He was always conscientious and would go out of his way to help customers and fellow employees. Now that I no longer do tree work I have had Steve do some work for me, always to my satisfaction and enjoyment.I find Mr. Fitzgerald’s post curious. “How this guy is in business... no idea.” Perhaps he has been in business for over 40 years because he is a qualified arborist and sensed that this meeting wasn’t going to work out to anyones benefit. “Bob's Firesafe did an amazing job on taking down a huge bay tree that was leaning over our neighbor's house.Several friends had recommended them, so I called Bob and he was able to get out the next day. He had some recommendations of what to do to the tree to maximize safety and minimize costs for us. He was really easy to work with and not pushy at all. He was interesting to talk to and he was nice to my kids.His estimate came in at about 2/3 of what other companies quoted. They started the job just a day or two later, and his crew was just as nice, honest, and competent as he was (shout out to Tony and Manny). They cleaned up meticulously.I'm already looking at a couple other jobs to hire them for---support a long-time Mill Valley resident who treats his crew well and doesn't price gouge his customers!“

They removed a very large tree, ground down two stumps, spread the chips instead of leaving them in a big pile for us to do, cleaned up the mess and charged a fair price!!! 10/10 would recommend and use them again in the future. “This is an update about the service I received. After I left my first review the manager called me to answer my questions. I expressed my frustration and told him that it was too bad that when one of his expert goes on vacation, no one takes over to keep the customer updated of the work. At the end I am happy with their service but I went through some annoying moments of stress, I wish I had not experienced.I recommend their on-site workers in the hope they can upgrade their office procedures.“
