“Spoke with Sarah (one of the owners) on the phone. She is very professional & set up an appointment for someone to come give me an estimate. Met her husband Arnoldo. He is polite, a good listener, and easy to talk to. Gave me a very fair proposal for the work that needed to be done. I also liked that they have an arborists on their staff, Gerry. He was the lead person and all three men did an excellent job with the trimming of the six trees. They cleaned up all the areas when they were done. I would definitely recommend Sierra Tree Company.
PS. I called two other companies for estimates. One was a hand-written estimate but with not much detail in what they would actually do. When I asked the estimator to put a little more detail as to what they would actually do, he said maybe you should get somebody else. (Sierra Tree sent me a detailed easy to read invoice to my email.). The last company gave me a price verbally. I asked him to have his office send me the estimate to my email. Never got an estimate.”
