This is an update about the service I received. After I left my first review the manager called me to answer my questions. I expressed my frustration and told him that it was too bad that when one of his expert goes on vacation, no one takes over to keep the customer updated of the work. Joe came out and checked out a tree that has been leaking sap/honeysuckle for the first time in 9 years. He identified the tree and said that the problem is insects. He assured me that the tree is resilient and the insects will be gone in about a week and the leaking will stop. He recommended a treatment during the rainy season to help with the insects next year. Quote was affordable and I'm happy to hear that the tree isn't dying.
