“We came across Rainbow when we had a sudden water heater burst. We have finished flood and asbestos remediation and are now working with them on the restoration of the entire lower floor of the house. We worked with Oscar, Matt, Chris, Dominic, James and other members of the Remediation and Restoration team. Along the way, we also worked with Tiffany at the Rainbow office and she has been very responsive to calls and emails. She has been helpful with questions we had about next steps toward working on the restoration. Dealing with the flood clean up and insurance is a long process, but Rainbow has helped a lot by working directly with insurance. I am looking forward to the restoration getting underway and completed.“
