I have a leaking coming from the toilet on the master bathroom on the roof of my living room.They came fast and gave me an estimate starting next day.Unfortunately it didn’t dry as fast as we expected after 4 days because the tile wasn’t removed.They proceed to remove the tile and after another 4 days.of annoying noise it was dry.They were really understandable about my concerns and how expensive it was becoming after more days added and worked with me.Good reliable people.Also they were careful when they have to move furniture and the toilet and tile.The technicians were really nice and polite: Jeremy, Angel, Sergio and Jose.
Samuel and his team did a fine job. Sam kept me informed, explained everything, and showed up on time. Only issue I had was that the cleanup could have been more thorough.Services: Mold inspection
Called Quick-Dry because the plumber told me that there was a leak in the toilet and the wax ring needed to be replaced in addition to the floorboards that needed to be checked and Jeremy was able to come over promptly within the next hour to take a look at the water that accumulated under the floorboards. Appreciate the promptness and the care in making sure everything was taken care of!
