Alberto and Cody were the most helpful plumbers I have ever had. They were confident, walked me through everything, fair and so accommodating. I was really impressed and shocked how amazing these men were!
David assessed the situation, 2 of 3 toilets clogged. Did good work clearing both. Showed us the roots clogging. It involved taking one toilet out to rotor it. David was polite, neat and careful. Good job!
I just want to share that I did not regret contacting the Roto-Rooter company. I am fully satisfied with their services.They discuss to me a lot of options on how to resolve the problem before fixing it. They also spend time to check properly on what’s causing the problem and gave us some recommendations not only for short term but for long term investment too. I am highly recommending this company especially Juan and his supervisor Cody. They’re both friendly, easy to talk too and cool.
