Incredibly poor customer service to the point of screaming at you and scolding you over the phone. I had missed an appointment due to me having to stay elsewhere as I am unable live and work in an environment with rats, roaches, and fleas. I made arrangements for them to get into the unit for service and rescheduled and then there was a miscommunication regarding how to get into my unit and that led to another missed appointment. I would also note they expect you to wait around for them with windows between 9am -1pm even though we have jobs.I simply asked “why didn’t the tech call me when they couldn’t get in?”, so I could clarify how to get into the unit.
