I just had my house fumigated by Prime Termite and Pest Control. They were very professional, efficient and patient with my questions. Michael and Jack were especially helpful in explaining how they arrived at my estimate. Jill and Amy communicated with me throughout. They explained the entire process in detail. The crew were tidy and careful around my trees. The fumigation process was seamless. I also used them to spray for other pests around the house and yard. The technician was very thorough. I would highly recommend these guys to my friends and family. In fact, they will be treating my neighbor next week.

I just had my house fumigated by Prime Termite & Pest Control. They were very professional, efficient and patient with my many questions. Michael Ma the Field Manager did a superb job of explaining every detail of the process involved and how they arrived at the costs, which were quite varied after I consulted with a total of (4) different companies. He also took it upon himself to actually treat the subterranean termites that had infested a wooden wall between me and the neighboring property which I appreciated very much. I don't often take the time to write reviews but Jack from Prime Termite is exceptional. He responded to my calls promptly and took the time to answer my questions. The Expert fumigation company did an excellent job as well. They asked if I don't need to remove some of my plants but eventually they removed them for the tenting anyway. They even put them back in place. Jack also responded to my call right away after the fumigation. Highly recommended. Besides, they have very competitive pricing as well.
