Apparently, this company does not work within a budget. When we asked for an estimate, we received a message that they were going to "pass on the work" since they assumed we would be working in a budget and they "just don't work that way". Who doesn't have a budget when working on a project? This is a ridiculous comment and I think we dodged a bullet here.

If you are reading this review, please, CHOOSE JULIO & his company!!!! I am a "researcher" who got quotes from 5 different companies for a beachy, modern, horizontal fence. I am SO GLAD I went with Julio. I will be honest and say I was hesitant at first because his online presence wasn't huge, but he won me over with not only his estimate but his professional, friendly attitude, great communication, and willingness to come over a few times to help me figure out what would look best. After we told him we wanted to go with him, he continued to exceed our expectations for customer service. Communication was A+, he helped us to pick the right fence layout/style/stain, was always on time, and led a very friendly and professional crew who knocked out a large quality fence in a few days. We have gotten tons of compliments and could not be happier. Please trust me, I am not being paid to write this review or anything, this company is the real deal! Custom Decks and Fence did a fantastic job. I had a 70' privacy fence that had fallen over due to age and weight of greenery. After getting quotes from several companies, and dealing with others not calling back, Julio with Custom Decks and Fence was the best choice. He was on time, courteous, and professional. From quote to completion, the process was very fast. Julio had a crew of two and they were also very professional and hard working. I highly recommend Custom Decks and Fence.
