Since moving to San Diego in 2021, until now, I have not found a stylist who could do a pixie cut and color with the excellence like my prior stylist at Patrick Evans Salon in San Francisco. Emily is skilled, detail oriented, listens to thoughts, and answers all questions. I am grateful to have found her and now again enjoy my look with confidence.

I'm trying to blend in my grays and she did a wonderful job helping me look natural without going too light or too dark. The salon is clean, cute and in a great location in Leucadia on Highway 101 and Aubrey was warm, friendly, professional and did a nice job making my highlights look fresh yet natural.

She also engaged with me in conversation as a human being not just a dollar sign and I didn’t feel obnoxiously sold to like at some other salons.

Just today, I called to see if Encinitas could take me last minute after a horrible experience at another location. They not only squeezed me in, but were so kind as to ask me how I was when I arrived. I was caught off guard by how genuinely compassionate it was to ask!

From there, I've had my best Drybar experience yet. Megan gave me the best blowout I've had, and in record time! She even went above and beyond to set the crown of my head in rollers. I've had a membership and been to many locations, and didn't even know that rollers were an option.

I left with the best hair I've ever had, and the management and staff completely turned my negative experience around. I will be going out of my way to come to this location from here on out. Thank you for being kind, considerate, professional, and amazing!“
