“Let me start off by saying I haven't done my nails in a WHILE. Usually they don't come out how I'd like so I stopped for a few years but that was not the case here at all.

First, the front (Megan and Princess) were so lovely! Megan offered me a drink and was so prompt with any refills la like. Very attentive, friendly, and informative!!

Emely was my nail technician and she killed this set!! I've gotten so many compliments on them over these last few days and it's really making me consider getting back into doing my nails. She was also super sweet and communicative about what I'd like!

“Honest review: I came in for a gel pedicure after calling just 20 minutes ahead for an appointment, and overall I had a good experience. There were a few small communication hiccups at the beginning, and I think the service flow could be a little smoother, especially when it comes to explaining services and ensuring everything included in the pedicure package is started from the beginning.

That said, Amy took great care of me. She was attentive, kind, and very thorough. Whenever something felt uncomfortable, she immediately adjusted, and she even brought me water when I started coughing. The massage was honestly one of the best parts of the experience—far better than I expected from a pedicure.

I also appreciated that the tools used on me came from a sealed sanitized pack, which helped put me at ease. My pedicure turned out great, and hours later I still smell amazing from the green tea treatment.
