We were in a pinch to either replace our flooring or provide seller credit in the sale of our home. Kevin from Family Floors and More was quick and responsive. He was willing to work with our very tight turn-around time, was very professional. It was clear that he was very thoughtful in developing a quote for us, taking into consideration many factors. The quote was out of our budget (we were working with a very small and specific budget), but it was fair. I know that had we moved forward with the job we would have been well taken care of. We plan to utilize Family Floors and More in the future when we settle into a new home and have more wiggle room financially.

Brett and his crew were the absolute best to work with. Extremely professional, did quality work, gave us exactly what we wanted and were way more affordable than other commercial flooring companies. They covered our curtains to protect them from dust, they kept the work areas clean, they were so polite and courteous; just an exceptional crew. They went above and beyond to ensure everything looked perfect. I recommend Family Floors and More to all our friends and family.

This review is long overdue and well deserved. I feel very fortunate to have come across Family Floors & More. We've had a few contractors come out since buying our home a couple years ago...so far this is the only company I would hire or recommend with complete confidence. They carry the best products, and all of their installers do superb work! I've had LVP flooring, tile and carpet installed by them. Workmanship has been excellent on every job!! They pay attention to every detail and do things the right way. Andy has been the point of contact on all the projects I've done with them, and he's followed up with me after completion of every job to make sure we are happy....read full review
