This was honestly a nightmare since last October due to my home warranty company (old republic home) consistently delaying to replace my unit with their cheap under table contractors and pretty much trying to stall till my warranty expires. But Pamela from ACS continuously reach out to ORH and even went though the process of getting approval just so they can do my job. When ORH finally approval them of my unit, Pamela called me and confirm for today's installation. And all that was done yesterday. Not only did they gave me a professional and caring experience all the way though, but they also add the Amazon prime experience to it too.
