Our 15 year old SubZero refrigerator/freezer went totally dead last Spring. We called for service and when the repairman got here he had the part needed before he even saw it! He just knew it was the computer. Who knew there was a computer in my fridge? So he popped it in and it’s as good as new. Best Appliance really is the best.

My wife and I have been customers of Best Appliance for over 7 years. They have supported our Bosch washer, dryer, dishwasher and Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. Most recently Dennis came with an apprentice to address a drainage problem with the dryer. Dennis is a real problem-solver and was quickly able to identify the issue as well as educate me about the repair and how to prevent future problem with drainage. Always courteous and professional, the service people from Best Appliance are well, THE BEST!
