As a former general contractor I've seen a variety of roofing contractors in action. Pacific Coast was a pleasure to deal with on my home. The estimate was clear, the decisions to make on details were dealt with before the actual work began so there would be minimal chance for a hold up or dissatisfaction, and the crew doing the work did a great job in record time.
I have been to several lash lift places, and none of them compare to Allure. I currently live in LA, but come back to visit family in the Bay Area every so often. When I do plan a trip up here, I make sure to schedule an appointment with Winnie! She is the best! She really knows what she is doing (always fixes my lashes when I’ve made the mistake of visiting other places, haha) and is so kind and sweet. I highly recommend! If you’re debating on whether or not you should get your lashes lifted, trust me when I say you won’t regret coming here!

I had a really bad break in my lateral and live on a slant of the hillside. Sewer Connection came out and did an amazing job in replacing my lateral. The team was awesome and efficient!!! Hands down they were the best choice! Thank you Sewer Connection team!
Jorge and his crew just completed our roof and I can't say enough good things about him. From the beginning, he was a wonderful communicator and paid such close attention to every detail including an itemized list of everything we agreed upon and when each payment was due, which we appreciated very much.
He and his crew were always on time and even diligently suffered through the extreme heat we had this past week with no complaints.
He is a very hard worker and we commend him on his expertise, professionalism and work ethic.
We are so grateful to have had him do our roof and couldn't be more pleased.

I highly recommend Nasir. I tried other plumbers when my sewer drain was clogged but they did not clear the clogged drain and in the end I felt scammed :(
But Nasir shared so much information before I even hired him, then did great work and cleared the clogged line. Then charged me a very reasonable amount for his work. He is a good communicator, showed up on schedule, did great work and didn’t charge too much so I highly recommend him.

I tried this place again and was astonished with the a totally different experience. This time i called late one evening and JB was able to have my print job completed first thing in the morning. I'm really glad I decided to give them a second chance. As I always say it's about the customer experience, and that's how you win "advocates". I'm a converted advocate!!!
Jose’s price is reasonable and did the job professionally. He knows his plumbing. Other company will tell you lies for the money, but Juan is honest.
Emanuel and his team built a beautiful 1 bedroom ADU in my backyard including a full kitchen and bathroom. My project was managed expertly with attention to detail and the timeline to completion. I am fortunate to know Emanuel as a professional contractor and friendly honest person.

Kyle from E.S. Lock and Key went to Homedepot and got the Correct Schlage Deadbolt. He then installed everything perfectly, replacing our wonky -installed thing, made it all perfect. This was a 1st visit after reading Yelp reviews. I am very satisfied with my new brows. I had gotten my brows microblade before from another place & my right brow needed a correction to be even with right brow. Stephanie was very professional and patient on explaining and answering all my questions. She makes sure your brows are perfect and exactly like you want them. My right brow is now even to my left brow and I was so happy she was able to create the color I wanted. She did an excellent job.

REROUTING OF DOWNSPOUT. In our 60+-year-old house the water no longer flowed from our gutter properly but flooded an area within our carport. We rigged a makeshift way to carry it off, but this meant going out every time it rained, to place a temporary discharge pipe.Miguel Lopez, who is both knowledgeable and friendly, came and quickly changed the direction of the runoff and effectively solved our problem. He also went to extra lengths to find just the color of downspout I wanted.I am extremely pleased with both the job and Miguel's helpful and cooperative way of working with us.Service: Yard drainage

I can’t even begin to describe how NEW my body feels…I just seen Dr. Rixen and he is the BEST Chiropractor that I have ever seen!!! His bedside manner was excellent and he even spoke Spanish to his Hispanic clients. I don’t like going to chiropractors that use an x-ray machine to diagnose their clients. All Dr. Rixen had to do was touch my back and he knew exactly what was wrong with me, and how to fix it. My last chiropractor was great, but I did not like the way he adjusted my neck, so I stopped seeing him. I wear tool bags at work, and stare into my phone…My neck was Jacked!!! Dr. Rixen healed me immediately! I decided to write after coming home and sitting in my desk chair. I text my gf that my chair feels different and it was more comfortable…then realized it was because of chiropractic adjustment by Dr. Rixen. I highly recommend this chiropractic. Even seen as a new patient I was out in less than 20 minutes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
March 2024 - First time to try for a simple hair trim for 85 yrs young mom. Glenda was good and easy to work with. Basic trim to clean up lines, $23 cash, 20 mins, visited on a Friday morn. Best to know: Walk-ins ONLY, cash preferred, didn't return my earlier call for info so had to stop by for all details. Decided to queue up, glad we did. Two people ahead of us.
We will definitely return for mom's trims, conveniently located in old town El Sobrante, good price, curb parking only, just have to be flexible with the wait time for walk-in appts.

He truly is a one stop shop for all of your project needs- from retaining walls, drainage, driveways, grading, demo, dumpsters, and they do a beautiful job with all of it. I’ve been going to Winnie for almost 2 years now. I used to get my eyebrow threaded and previous people made my eyebrows thinner. Winnie has helped me grow my brows back much thicker! I’ve moved to Missouri temporarily and I don’t trust anyone else to touch my brows. I still wait to visit California for Winnie to do them for me!
First of all, he did a good job replacing my cracked concrete driveway. He finished in 4 days. However, I had to keep bugging him to set a start date. He's not good about getting back. Also, don't pay him in full until the job is completely done. I paid him the day of the pour and ended up having to remove the forms myself. I'll probably end up having to throw away his warning cones too. Once he gets paid you'll never see him again.Service: Concrete driveway building

Jerry Albright and his crew recently painted the stucco and wood exterior of our Berkeley bungalow. We had three contractors inspect the house and submit bids. Jerry made far and away the best impression during his inspection. He was the only one who showed up in painting coveralls, indicating he would actively be supervising and painting with his crew on a daily basis. As we inspected the house together, he offered unsolicited explanations of how he would treat cracks, water damage under the eaves, and other problem areas such as an old metal awning with peeling paint. It was quite clear he was an experienced master of his craft, with a keen eye for detail. Fortunately, Jerry also submitted (tied for) the lowest bid, so it was a no-brainer to give him the job.
Jerry and his crew completed the work in just under two weeks. I am retired and was around the house every day to observe, answer questions, and assist the crew in minor ways. They were an absolute pleasure to be around for the entire time. When everything was done, we were just ecstatic with the look and quality of the work! Absolutely NO detail had been overlooked, and the crew thoroughly cleaned up after themselves.
In summary, Albright Painting receives our highest possible recommendation. A 5-star rating seems inadequate. I can guarantee you won't be disappointed with their work!
Carlos Reyes and his team were incredibly professional, efficient, and service-oriented. Carlos has a wealth of experience and understood the problem and it's urgency and immediately made a plan to come out ASAP to see what would be needed. He offered me several solutions and helped me understand the pros and cons of each. He did not try to upsell me or pressure me one way or another. I will absolutely contact Reyes Plumbing again for any of my future plumbing needs!

Just had the best medium deep massage I've ever had! I have degenerative disc issues in my neck which causes a lot if muscle pain in my shoulders and upper back and Yu Yu (not sure of spelling) worked really hard on those areas and I came out feeling like a new person! I will definitely be making regular appointments at this place?

UPDATE: I reached out to them and May contacted me and fixed my nails free of charge and it was a very pleasant experience. She was very kind and fixed them promptly. She gave me the best customer service !! I always return here for my nails but I had an appointment yesterday for a pedicure and a full set. The pedicure was amazing and came out stunning that technician was very kind and amazing. But the tech that did my full set I felt was rushed and my nails came out messy. When I pointed this out all they stated was that designs changed. My nails look messy and the tech knew about it because I pointed it out. I didn't like my hand full set. For reference I'll attach the inspo picture and how my nails came out. I'm very disheartened by this experience
