I recently started going to Ivana for my ingrown hair issues. I had been struggling with hyperpigmentation from the hair for years with no solution. After being referred to Ivana, I can say that my problem has definitely been fixed! She is one of the sweetest providers I have ever met. She is really patient and takes the time to explain the process and address my concerns with the treatment. After one session I had already noticed a huge difference in the hair growth. I wish more people knew the power of electrolysis. Ivana is amazing and well experienced. I will be working with her for a long time :)

I started seeing Ivana in December and she's been great! She explains everything and she is very clean. I stopped seeing her in March because of the whole covid shutdown. She has not reached out so I am not sure if she is back open, but I am not quiet ready to start back up my treatment just yet.
