230 Palladio Pkwy #1223, Folsom“I am a real client. I have been going to the Folsom stretch lab since September. Due to an old repetitive stress injury I have a stiff left shoulder. It had been painful at night and limited movement. I started working with Justin and then with Sam and then Noah. They are all good at what they do and Noah is extremely good at shoulder movement. He has helped me to get more range of motion in my left arm, and I can almost straighten my arm up all the way above my head. I was at about a 75° movement to being able to straighten my arm above my head almost as straight as my right arm. You have to see it to believe the difference. I can tell you  it has been very beneficial for me. I started out with the once a week 50 minute package  for three months. Now I am going weekly for 25 minutes, with a major focus on my shoulder. Give it a try. Stretch lab really helps you find the stretch You need to maintain your flexibility. I cannot say enough great things about Dina and her entire team! I feel like it’s been a great investment in my health!“

“My PT Drew Reid was fantastic! Prior to having a total hip replacement in Nov ‘24, I went to another PT. It felt performative. On the other hand,my experience with KPPT/Drew felt collaborative because he listened to my needs, and as a result understood my lifestyle and the resources available to me. He suggested progressively more challenging PT routines based on my feedback and his expertise. I made tangible progress weekly and was able to get back to playing pickleball and cycling around 8 weeks after THR. That’s a huge win in my book!
