“My family doctor referred me to Physical Edge to treat discomfort in my knees and ankles. The front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Physical therapist Dr. Dan Lebe was attentive and knowledgeable, and assigned exercises that effectively stabilized and strengthened my joints. He also provided corrections that improved stretching techniques during the follow-up visits and changed routines that challenged me as our sessions progressed. I am still amazed how shifting a position by a few inches can also boost the release of feel-good chemicals.
