“We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again. What stood out the most was their excellent communication and after-service care. Bob was always responsive, willing to listen to my concerns, and made sure everything was tailored perfectly to my needs. Even after the project was completed, a few plants didn’t survive the hot El Dorado Hills weather (despite proper watering). Bob quickly replaced them (including Italian Cypress) as part of their aftercare service, which really shows their commitment to customer satisfaction.
