HI... I DON'T EVER DO THIS, but this time i feel compelled to do so, i was dropped my iphone , the corner glass chipped, the screen froze, i tried everything, it was frozen, i youtubed, etc. to reboot it, no good, was on the phone with apple tech's, 3 times, once for 2.5 hours, made a appt. with apple genius bar in BREA, was there for 10 minutes the tech said they could not help me, i was directed to MOBILE KANGAROO, i never heard of them, so i took the chance, he ALEJANDRO, the apple rep, was able to reset the FINDMY, PASSWORD, ordered a new glass, and i got all my pictures, contacts, and notes back, i had this phone for over 8 years, the info was invaluable to me......read full review

My wife's 5 years old MacPro, YES, JUST PASSED WARRANTY, is dying, probably either the battery or power regulator issue. Apple support recommended this nearby authorized provider for the diagnostic and possible repair. The front desk Jordan quickly explained the process and start the work. All progress is updated through text, phone call, or email depending on your preference. The whole result took and updated about an hour in my case and then you can make the decision for the repairment. The diagnostic fee is $49 without tax.Turned out, it's confirmed that the battery issue and $400+ for the replacement + labor.
