When the scope was larger than they initially planned for, they were careful to take pictures to share with project manager Martin and come back with a detailed scope of work and pricing. It was definitely a pretty penny but the team was flexible within the scope to make sure the right areas were clean, they did not nickel and dime which I appreciated. Elyi, Piki and Maria did a very thorough job over 2 days and communicated well through Martin. I feel glad to have my home back in good shape.“
