He was prompt, friendly, and paid close attention to detail, pointing out things the other 2 guys I'd met with skipped over. He explained the process including prep, what paint to use, and how long it would take. I knew he would do an excellent job and felt very confident going with him. His price was competitive, he worked with my schedule (and around all my pets, which can be challenging), and his team did a fantastic job. His crew was always early, considerate, meticulous about protecting furniture and floors, and cleaned up at the end of each day. “We hired Optimum Seismic in 2020 to evaluate our 2 story apartment building in Pasadena in regard to Pasadena’s new Seismic Retrofit Ordinance requiring that such structures be reinforced. They performed this evaluation with the understanding of the requirements and with our hope that we could exempt the building due to previous work done in the early 90s. We expected the city would still require the work, but Optimum was quick and professional, accumulated all information necessary, and proved after a plan check review that the 90's work met city requirements. We appreciated that they were very easy to communicate with as the process evolved. Ultimately, they showed that no work was necessary to bring the building up to code (Ordinance No. 7345) and provided us with a report to that effect. I highly recommend Optimum Seismic for any such evaluations.”

“I'm basically banned from pinterest because I get obsessed, but since June I've been dying to resurface my patio. It wasn't in bad shape but I wanted something more aesthetic, more 2025 you know. I went down a rabbit hole with AI and basically became an expert on flooring materials. When I requested the estimate with Expert Home Builders I already knew exactly what I wanted and with what materials, I felt so fabulous explaining to them why I wanted epoxy instead of poly. They also advised me on some things I didn't know like the ideal thickness and color options that would work better with the sun that hits there. We finally went with a light gray epoxy with decorative flakes that give it texture without being too much. They also installed a screen enclosure around the whole patio so we could use it without dealing with mosquitos or all the dust getting in. The epoxy needed several days to cure completely before we could walk on it. I've put it to the test already and I'm still in love, it was a really good experiance.”

“I’d known Bilt-Well has been around a long time so they definitely were one if the companies we called for a roof repair quote. The area was where a slant junctions to a flat area and it had caused the ceiling to crack badly but we never had it drip. The staff were all very professional, the quote was not only prompt but very fair. They are busy but that’s good. The workers were efficient and professional. There’s a 1 year warranty so it’ll be tested then but I feel confident in their work.”
