Met with Sacramento in person and he was professional and upfront about the work, along with related costs. He provided suggestions which we appreciated since we know nothing about landscaping. We wanted sod installed, along with a side access concrete work done. He told me he was out three weeks. Three weeks later he showed up with his crew. The work performed was done exactly as discussed. The concrete work is smooth and it looks like it came with the house. Sod was installed with irrigation and all is working great. We ended up hiring his maintenance team because we loved his work. He treated our home like it was his, ensuring the grounds were clean everyday before leaving.
