My project was a retaining wall (about 2 ft) and pavers around my side yard and patio. There were a few hiccups and some miscommunication along the way, but that can happen with any project. What stood out to me was how they handled those issues. They communicated with me, worked through them, and kept the project moving.
Rob was my Project Manager and since I work 6 AM–6 PM and was out of town for part of the project, I really appreciated the progress updates and photos. Lucy and Rob were always willing to answer my questions and make sure I knew what was going on even when their office was closed and they were on their personal time.
No project is going to be perfect, but having a company that is reliable, professional, communicates well, and genuinely cares about their work made a huge difference.
